The building of this year’s Blackmore and Langdon’s Chelsea Flower Show stand, has commenced.
The elegant Delphiniums, staged, as a backdrop to the Double Tuberous single stemmed begonias, that have carefully been staged.
A few alterations here and there, to get the correct symmetrical balance from centre, to left and right.
A keen eye and countless years of experience to gain the ultimate perfection, with a few tweaks, to get ‘ it just right’
What a sight ! !

Now, the careful positioning of the D/T; begonias, that need delicate handling, in order not to blemish the silk like petals.
Each pot placed in their perspective colour range, starting at the centre, staging outwardly, to left and right, adjusting height of each pot, in order to get that unseen line of equal height, along the whole length of staging.
Each cluster of blooms, filling gaps, with colours enhanced, against the lush green, flawless foliage.
Last job, using the Maiden hair fern to plug any gaps throughout the display
Another superb, collection of double tuberous, single stemmed begonias that will be staged at Chelsea Flower Show beginning on 24th/ 28th, June.
